This project consists of an analysis of manufacturing capacity of part of a cardboard box company. Specifically the analysis estimates the setup time and manufacturing capacity of a cardboard folder-sticker machine and a cardboard box spacer machine. To deal with this analysis an ANOVA study of historic data and a multivariable regression model fitting have been done. Results have been validated with historic and also real values taken from video camera. Some order characteristics of the older-sticker machine that are taken into account are number of stick points per box, type of cardboard, box size and number of box per banded package. To deal with the box spacer machine the number of panes per box have been considered to analyse its impact.
